This griddle is very high quality in my opinion. It is made of a heavier gauge stainless steel that holds and distributes heat well. The measurements are spot on and it fit my purpose well. The bottom has reinforced angles that will surely help keep the griddle flat over time. The edge and drip pan are large enough to keep grease away from flames. Overall I am very pleased with this griddle and expect it to last a long time.
I prefer to use a plancha to cook all my meats after they have been smoked. The plancha allows for very high temp searing rather than grilling. The plancha gives a great crisp bark that seals in juices.I wanted a larger plancha then the one I have so I purchased this griddle.Pros: good heavy gauged metal to retain heat. The size is perfect for a standard grill. There are handles on both ends to make moving easier. heats up very well.Cons: they griddle comes with a teflon-like coating. I am not certain I like that. I would much rather have raw metal and season it make non-stick. I don't like the not-stick coatings. Not good for humans.I tend to sear at very high temps (>600 degrees). The griddle is starting to take on a slight warp for the heat cycling. Not certain how much worse it will get.Decent product for the price.

Well made, heavy duty. Great on top of the grill if you don't have a separate griddle to use. Recommended!
