This is a very effective product for anybody who's attempting to raise animals. First let me say that putting it together was very simple and straightforward as it was mostly already together. The box was solid and packed very well which means it's very effective as well. It has a nice look to it as well and it's easy to clean which is another positive to a product like this. This chair looks exactly as advertised. An instruction booklet and all tools are included with the product. The only con and difficulty I had was that one step of the instructions wasn't written correctly and confused me. The instructions state to install the back rest to the bottom seat after connecting the stand; however, it missed the crucial step of needing to install the arms of the chair to the bottom seat first before you can install the back rest. Scanning the QR code to watch the installation video helped me problem solve why the back seat wouldn't fit directly onto the bottom seat. Otherwise, installation was easy and the end product is a comfortably cushioned chair with a moveable headrest and adjustable lumbar support. The arms of the chair are capable of moving up and down, but not side to side. I appreciate that the chair has wheels so you can roll the chair around as needed.
